2. Information We Collect

We collect account information (name, email, and sign-in identifiers from email/password, Google, Apple, or email link), education records submitted by institutions (enrollment, attendance, grades, assignments, timetables), device and usage analytics, crash and performance diagnostics, and support communications.

3. Education records and children

Nexora is used by schools, daycares, colleges, and universities that may enroll minors. Institutions are typically the controllers of student records. We process those records to provide the service they configure. We do not sell student personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How We Use Information

We use data to provide and secure the service, keep you signed in on the website and apps, deliver notifications, improve product quality, comply with law, and support institutions in their educational operations.

5. Public directory and news

Nexora Connect publishes a public directory of active institutions (name, type, city, country, join code, and verification status) so families can find schools, daycares, colleges, and universities. Institutions may also publish school-wide news on this website. Class announcements, student names, grades, attendance rolls, phone numbers, and other education records are not published on public pages. Treat school-wide posts as potentially public.

6. Sharing

Information is shared within your institution according to role permissions. We use subprocessors for cloud hosting, analytics, and email delivery under contractual safeguards. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect safety.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data. Contact your institution for education records they control, or use in-app account tools. You may also email support@radelifame.com.

8. Retention and security

Retention follows institutional policy and legal requirements. We use encryption in transit, role-based access, security rules, and monitoring. Report vulnerabilities to support@radelifame.com.
