By accessing or using Nexora, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Schools and institutions accept these terms on behalf of authorized users they invite.

2. The Nexora Service

Nexora provides education management software including enrollment, attendance, assignments, grades, announcements, and institutional administration. Features may vary by role, institution configuration, and subscription.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify your institution or Nexora support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Institutional Responsibility

Schools and institutions are responsible for accuracy of records they enter, lawful use of student data, and communicating policies to staff, students, and parents.

5. Limitations and Changes

Nexora is provided on an ongoing-improvement basis. We may update features, suspend service for maintenance, or modify these terms with notice where required by law.
